　　適合人群：

　　在學校里從事教學工作的教員以及從事其他工作教育工作的人

　　對課程、教學方法和教育改革領域的前沿課題和理論探索感興趣的人

　　對教育政策、教師領導力、英語教學、教學評估、特殊教育等新的領域感興趣的人

　　學術要求：

　　GRE：一般學校會要GRE成績，部分可能會可選，基于學校來定。

　　托福：國際學生是要托福成績的，但是如果是在以英語為母語的國家里讀的本科，一般是可以免的;但是國內的2+2項目，或在中國開辦的國際學校(比如寧波諾丁漢大學)這個得case-by-case，需要跟學校溝通是否免語言，有的學校免有的學校不免。

　　GPA：最低3.0+，名校的話最好是3.5+

　　經驗要求：

　　一般學校沒有要求，當然申請牛校，如果有的話是錦上添花了。
